Headshot of Dr Cardinal of Cardinal Chiropractic
Since 1999, Dr. Karri Cardinal has practiced chiropractic in downtown San Francisco. With experience and an open mind, she is committed to promoting the health and well being of all her patients.

Dr. Cardinal is certified in an advanced spinal correction technique called Clinical Biomechanics of Posture (also known as Chiropractic Biophysics or CBP). CBP is “state of the art,” having more published research and safer, more comfortable and more effective correction methods than any other chiropractic technique. Dr. Cardinal is one of three chiropractors in San Francisco trained in CBP and the only one with advanced certification.

Believing that prevention is elemental in maintaining youthfulness and vitality, Dr. Cardinal strives to educate people on health and wellness. In addition to weekly workshops in her office, she has taught at companies such as United Airlines, Whole Foods, Kaiser Hospital, Wells Fargo, W Hotel, UC Berkeley, and Prometheus Real Estate Group.

Dr. Cardinal graduated magna cum laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 1998. While a student at Life West, she was the first female president of the CBP club. As the club president, she taught other chiropractic students the theory and application of CBP. She earned the “Commitment to Excellence Award” in 1997 for this achievement.

After graduation, Dr. Cardinal taught CBP and Advanced CBP at Life Chiropractic College West (2006 to 2009) and Palmer Chiropractic College West (2003 to 2005). For this she was awarded the “Chiropractic Biophysics Outstanding Achievement Award” in 2006.

Her hobbies include reading, hiking, karate, and playing with her young son, Jacob.
